Every piece is covered for 2 years from the date of purchase against manufacturing and craftsmanship defects.

Diamond & Setting Guarantee
Our diamonds and settings are carefully inspected before dispatch. If a stone becomes loose due to a manufacturing defect during the guarantee period, we will assess and repair it at no additional cost.

Lifetime Care
After the 2-year guarantee, we continue to offer professional care, cleaning and repair services where applicable, subject to assessment and applicable charges.

Exclusions
The guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear, scratches, accidental damage, improper use, loss or theft, or alterations/repairs carried out by third parties.

Jewellery Care
To preserve the beauty of your Colette jewellery, avoid direct contact with perfumes, cosmetics, lotions and household chemicals.

Store your jewellery separately in its Colette pouch or box when not being worn.

Avoid exposing your jewellery to excessive moisture, heat or impact. Gently wipe with a soft, dry cloth after wearing.
