Shipping policy

Online and phone orders may be delivered to the USA only. The following delivery options may be offered depending on the region and the availability of your creation. You may get an estimated delivery date once your selection is in your basket. 

Standard delivery: 2 - 5 business days - Express delivery: 1 - 3 business days Special delivery information for the 2023 holiday season: In order to ensure delivery by December 25th, we invite you to order by December 20th with express delivery. Kindly note, exclusions may apply for creations not readily available.

How much does delivery cost? All of our shipping options are complimentary.

Can my order be delivered to a Colette Jewelry boutique? When placing an order, you may choose delivery at home or to one of our eligible boutiques. Select the click & collect option during your online purchase.

May I have my order delivered to a hotel or work? Your order may be delivered to your work place and holiday residence. The Maison does not deliver to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, hotels, hospitals, freight forwarders or directly to UPS and FEDEX store locations. Please note that a signature from an adult will be requested at the time of delivery.

How can I track my order? You will receive a tracking link to the email provided at checkout once your order has been shipped.

Is a signature required for my order? A signature is required upon receipt of your package. Please note, Fedex enables ID scanning functionality for deliveries in the US, which requires an adult signature.
