All pieces are fully insured during transit. Shipping cost for expedited or premium options varies by selection — details provided at checkout.
International shipping is available worldwide. For international orders, an estimate will be sent by email for authorization before processing. Duties and taxes are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the client.

Packaging
Every creation is delivered in the Colette Jewelry signature blue box — designed to protect and to present. Personalized gift messages are available at checkout, written on a Colette Jewelry card accompanying the piece.
For an elevated presentation, handcrafted leather boxes by Maison Hector Saxe are available at $500 each.
Store Credit Policy
Store credit requests must be submitted within 3 days of delivery.

Item must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging
Proof of purchase required

Do not ship before receiving a return authorization number from a Colette Jewelry representative. Items shipped without authorization or lost in transit are not eligible for credit.
Custom pieces — including size, color, or ear-side modifications — are final sale and non-exchangeable.
Colette Jewelry does not accept returns. All eligible requests are processed as store credit.

Orders placed online are confirmed within 24 hours. In-stock items ship immediately. For out-of-stock items, a representative will contact you with an estimated delivery date.
