THISTLES CYNARA EARRINGS
Form that holds its own weight.
The Cynara Earrings are an exercise in contained geometry. Conceived as studs rather than accents, each earring establishes its presence through proportion and structure rather than volume.
The silhouette draws from the articulated architecture of the cynara flower. Petals become planes. Layers become structure. Repetition creates rhythm without becoming pattern. The botanical reference remains present, but the form is reduced to its essential logic.
Crafted in 18 karat gold, the surface carries texture where another jewel might rely on stone. The material itself becomes the expression, revealing depth through the movement of light across its sculpted planes.
There is a quiet confidence in the restraint. Nothing has been added to soften the geometry or explain the form. Every element remains because the structure requires it.
