ATAME BLACK AND WHITE DIAMOND RING

The ring is built around the central language of Atame: connection through contrast. Two distinct expressions come together within a single composition, neither dissolving into the other, yet both made more powerful through their relationship.

Crafted in 18 karat black gold, the substantial form carries a striking contrast of 1.75 carats of natural black diamonds and 1.22 carats of natural white diamonds. The black diamonds absorb the light, creating depth and weight, while the white diamonds return it with precision.

The tension between them gives the jewel its character. Light and shadow remain distinct, meeting within a structure that feels deliberate and resolved. The proportions create a strong presence across the hand, transforming the ring from an ornament into an architectural gesture.

At 5.5 centimetres in length and 3 centimetres in width, the scale is unapologetic. The jewel occupies space with intention, while the relationship between the diamonds remains the essential point of the composition.
