To redeem online, enter the e-gift card code at the shopping bag page. Colette Jewelry e-gift cards cannot be exchanged or refunded. No expiration date.

If you have placed an e-gift card order and the e-gift card code has not been received within 24 hours, please check your junk mail box as the email may be routed to your spam folder and check that you have given the correct email address.
